Banana Berry Smoothies

You don’t have to add ice cream or sugar to make a good smoothie! Take advantage of the natural sugars found in bananas and berries to make this tasty beverage.

Serves 1

Preparation time less than 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 banana

Handful berries

1 Cup cold milk

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Method

Combine ingredients in a food processer or blender until smooth. Serve chilled.
