Competition Countdown #7– Bespoke Bites

By

In no particular order Coffs for Kids will be doing a ‘competition countdown’ of all the businesses who have very generously donated a prize in our huge photo competition. There are 25 prizes in total and Bespoke Bites has donated a gorgeous applique tee.

The countdown continues at business #7 – Bespoke Bites.

I ventured into Swings and Roundabouts today (upstairs, Palm Centre) to see for myself the gorgeous little appliquéd tees and singlets made by Bespoke Bites.

I can’t sew to save my life, despite having a Mum who sewed most of our clothes when we were younger, so anyone that can create such gorgeous little clothes I am always impressed by.

A clever work at home Mum (WAHM), Marieka appliqués tees and singlets and makes a plain shirt into something really interesting and unique. For the girl there are shirts with appliquéd babushka dolls, apples, cupcakes, sweet little birdies and owls. And for the boys friendly dinosaurs, rocket ships, planes, trains and guitars.

The designs are simple and gorgeous but small details make these truly divine: some are either hand stitched or machine stitched on a vintage machine.

The tees and singlets are great for summer because they can be worn with some little shorts or skirt to make a really cute and individual little outfit.

Bespoke Bites also makes reversible tunic dresses for girls, which are so cute and very well made.

Bespoke Bites will also custom make clothing, just contact Marieka bespokebites@gmail.com or visit the Bespoke Bites Facebook page. Don’t forget you can also drop into Swings and Roundabouts upstairs at the Palms Centre who stock the clothing as well.
