Wednesdays are the day I have to do a lot of running around after kids so I’ve adopted “slow cooker Wednesday”. I get a huge feeling of satisfaction the entire day, feeling proud of myself for being so organised and having dinner already cooking! And the smells from the kitchen make the meal a whole other level of yumminess.

This chicken drumsticks recipe is one of the easiest of all and it tastes amazing. It’s a unanimous family favourite.

For an easy meal, serve with packet pasta or rice mix or seasoned roast potatoes from the freezer section. If you have more time, roast some potatoes and steam some veggies.
